Canadian homeowners may be eligible for an upfront payment of up to $10,000 to replace their oil heating with energy-efficient heat pumps.
The Oil to Heat Pump Affordability (OHPA) program helps homeowners currently using oil heating transition to eligible electric heat pump systems. This change can lead to significant savings on heating costs each year while also reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The Better Homes Ottawa Loan Program offers Ottawa homeowners zero-interest loans of up to $125,000, with a repayment period of 20 years. This initiative helps residents finance energy-saving home improvements, enhancing both the efficiency and comfort of their homes.
